The main issue here lies in the ratio between the rewards and risks. While winners bring an average of 55 pips, losers provide an average of 150 pips – the amount of the loser covers 3 winners. In other words, at the win rate of 38%, this channel has to win 3 of 4 signals to break even. It does not happen.
