Key Statistics Insights:
1. You Would Have Lost Money in Every Single Month
Even in 12 months of trading, no single month has been profitable. In other words, even "best" month (January 2026) has resulted in losses of more than 1,100 pips, which means the strategy has been unprofitable in any month, including those in which Gold should normally have had strong trends.
2. You Would Need 3 Wins in Order to Break Even One Loss
In order to recover from one loss (-120 pips on average), you need nearly two wins (+65 pips on average). However, since the win rate is only 34%, the numbers are already against you from the very beginning.
3. February Is the "Perfect Storm" for This Strategy
This is the worst month of the year, with losses totaling almost 2,900 pips. In other words, the losses in this single month account for over 12% of all losses for the whole year. In February 2026, the win rate dropped to 27% – the lowest level throughout the year. Moreover, the number of signals has remained high.
4. You Would Have Lost More Than a Full Trading Week's Pips in Every Single Week
The weekly losses of this strategy have amounted to 447 pips. In other words, this is equal to losing the entire daily range of Gold twice over (the daily range is around 200-300 pips).
The Bottom Line
Having analyzed 12 months of trading signals provided by the Nasdaq masters channel, the result is clear: this is an unprofitable channel that should not be used by serious traders.
Trading takes place only during the Asian session and only on Gold (XAU/USD). The channel provides 1–3 trading signals per day, having the average trade duration of 8 hours. At first sight, such a frequency of trades seems acceptable.
The channel shows the win rate of 34%, which itself is not a reason to give up because many profitable channels have low win rate. However, there is the killer factor: the Reward/Risk ratio is 0.54. It means that the channel loses almost twice as many pips on the losing trade as it earns on the winning trade. Having the average win of +65 pips and average loss of -120 pips, mathematically, the channel is doomed to fail.
In 12 months, the channel earned the net loss of more than 23,000 pips. There was no profitable month at all. Even the most profitable month had more than 1,100 pips net loss, while February 2026 saw a loss of nearly 2,900 pips. On a weekly level, trading the signal resulted in losing on average 447 pips per week, which is more than twice as many as the average daily range of Gold.
What is especially important is that the losses and gains of this channel are distributed in such a way that the losing trades prevail over the winning ones. The channel catches some good moves sometimes (+158 pips), but the number of trades losing between -250 and -312 pips prevails over it. Having sent 546 trading signals within one year, the channel lost more than 350 trades while making just 190 profitable ones.
Our Rating: Bad
Final verdict: Nasdaq masters is a perfect example of the channel whose main objective is sending as many signals as possible instead of providing a high-quality advice for trading. Combination of low win rate and negative risk/reward profile makes this channel mathematically incapable of being profitable.
